1 green bell pepper, chopped.
1 cup black beans, cooked.
3 roma tomatoes, diced.
1\2 cup frozen corn.
 Fresh pineapple chunks.
1/2 tsp ginger, chopped.
1 tsp curry powder.
Pinch of cinnamon.
Pinch of nutmeg.
Heat it all up in a saucepan, thinning it with any left over pineapple juice or water.

Serve over brown basmati rice.
