Cucumber salad

2 med cucumbers.
1 red onion.
1 chopped roma tomato.
1 tsp flax oil.
1 Tbs olive oil.
2 Tbs fresh basil.
1 clove garlic [minced].
1 Tbs balsamic vinegar.
Several sprigs parsley.

Thin-slice the cucumbers and onion and put them in a container.
Chop the basil and toss it in.
Mix oil, garlic and vinegar and toss with the above ingredients.

Refrigerate and add tomatoes and parsley when served.
