Ginger sauce

2 Tbs fresh chopped ginger root.
1 Tbs dry mustard.
1 Tbs balsamic vinegar.
2 tsp no-salt seasoning.
1 Tbs saki[white wine or sherry will do].
1 tsp sesame oil.
1 Tbs olive oil.
1 tsp flax oil.
Cayenne pepper to taste .

Blend in blender or processor.

Serve with seafood.
